* at 553 pm cdt...national weather service doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across western will and northwest kankakee counties. Doppler radar estimates 1 to 2 inches has fallen in some areas...with an additional inch of rain possible through 7 pm cdt.
